Grammy-nominated and 6x Juno-winning singer-songwriter Jessie Reyez shares a brand new track, “UR HEARTBEAT (WHO DO YOU THINK ABOUT AT 2AM?)”, marking the third single from her anticipated fourth studio album A LITTLE VENGEANCE—out June 12 via FMLY / Island Records. Steeped in a smooth, late-night R&B atmosphere, “UR HEARTBEAT (WHO DO YOU THINK ABOUT AT 2AM?)” captures Reyez at her most vulnerable and reflective. Tender, soulful, and impossible to shake, the track finds Reyez looking back on a past relationship with a quiet sense of longing — not for the pain or the fights, but for the intimacy that once grounded it all. “I don’t miss all the lying, but I miss your heartbeat,” she sings over soft, hypnotic production, balancing emotional clarity with lingering attachment. Layered with warm harmonies, subtle wah pedal textures, and Reyez’s striking vocal delivery, the song drifts through memories of sleepless nights and searching for someone to hold, creating an intimate soundscape that feels both deeply personal and universally resonant. Listen to “UR HEARTBEAT (WHO DO YOU THINK ABOUT AT 2AM?)” HERE and watch the visual HERE.
“UR HEARTBEAT (WHO DO YOU THINK ABOUT AT 2AM?)” continues to build anticipation for Reyez’s next era, following a steady rollout of releases in 2026, including “AIN’T U TIRED?”, her breathtaking new collaboration with Muni Long, and “N.Y.F.F”, a sharp, rap-sung kiss-off to a lying ex that showcases what makes Reyez so magnetic. In March, Reyez surprised fans with $TILL PAID - a five-track celebration of her critically acclaimed 2025 album PAID IN MEMORIES, featuring a remix with BRIT Award-winning rapper Stormzy. The release followed her sold-out PAID IN MEMORIES headline world tour and the launch of Words of A Goat Princess II: The People’s Purge, the second volume in her USA Today Best-Selling poetry series.
Reyez’s next chapter builds upon the foundation laid by Reyez’s milestone album PAID IN MEMORIES, which has ushered in this current stage of her career. Spanning over 20 tracks and featuring collaborations with artists such as Ari Lennox, Big Sean, Miguel, Lil Yachty, 6LACK, Lil Wayne, and Deyaz, the record cemented Reyez’s continued evolution both sonically and thematically. Tracks including “GOLIATH,” “NYB,” the Smashing Pumpkins-interpolating “PSILOCYBIN & DAISIES,” and viral fan favorite “CULDN’T B ME” showcase her wide vocal range and ability to seamlessly blend multiple genres while reflecting on themes of resilience, love, and personal healing.
