Today, San Diego’s premiere 10-piece collective, sullvn, release their third single of the year, “All My Love.” Showcasing a more delicate moment, the robust, critically-acclaimed band propels the longing lyrics forward with their signature genre-fusing grooves. Viewed in totality, the song perfectly embodies the feeling of the chase when you’ve lost someone you can’t live without — Stream.
On today’s single, frontman Sully shared, “This one is about regret - plain and simple. You had one shot to seize the opportunity - for true love in this case - and you either weren’t paying attention to the fact that you only get this type of chance one or two times in your life, or you just failed to pull the trigger.”
Led by Robert “Sully” Sullivan, the ever-changing group is built up of what Creative Executive Lens perfectly dubbed “a sonic melting pot of elite players.” The acclaimed lineup includes the GRAMMY-nominated bassist James East (Lionel Richie, Toni Braxton, Eric Clapton), versatile saxophonist Tripp Sprague (Kenny Loggins, Smokey Robinson, Todd Rundgren), multi-instrumentalist April Leslie (The San Diego Symphony, Michael Bolton), and many others. After hitting it off naturally, Sully and Rome Ramirez (Sublime with Rome, Selena Gomez, Dirty Heads, Enrique Iglesias) teamed up during a writing trip to Nashville. “All My Love,” as well as sullvn’s other releases this year, were produced and co-written by the fast friends.
Earlier this year, the band released the irresistibly groovy track “The Fighter” and the ode to all-consuming love “Rooftop.” Winning praise from San Diego Reader, Riff Magazine and more, listeners are transported by a modern pop sound, backed by a full band, that calls back to decades past.
Throughout the year, sullvn will be spending time out on the road bringing the joy of their live shows to more cities. Already in 2025, they’ve opened for The Wailers and played at festivals like BeachLife and Fiesta Del Sol. Later this summer, sullvn will join the monumental lineup of Kentucky’s Bourbon & Beyond.
