Los Angeles-based alt-rock trio Ramonda Hammer is excited to release their new single "The Panic," a sneak peek of their upcoming EP out this fall. The emotionally raw track premiered track debuted today at Flood Magazine and is available now on all streaming platforms and YouTube for any playlist shares.
On the song, vocalist/guitarist Devin Davis shares:
"The Panic” is tough for me to put into words—not because I’m afraid of it (though I wouldn’t blame myself if I were), but because the lyrics really speak for themselves. This song has become one of my biggest lifelines, and I offer it up so it might be that for someone else. I just want people to listen, to feel the depth of the music and the story, and if they’ve ever known that kind of fear, I hope it makes them feel a little less alone.
"The Panic" follows the band's single "Eyelash," which marked the band's first new release since 2021's "All For What" The track premiered at New Noise Magazine and is on all streaming platforms and explores the unraveling of a fragile relationship.
Ramonda Hammer is playing a hometown show on June 20 at Gold Diggers in Los Angeles. Tickets for the show are on sale now.
Ramonda Hammer makes music for the moment you snap—and the moment you come back stronger. The magnetic Los Angeles-based alt-rock band, made up of Devin Davis, Justin Geter, and Andy Hengl, delivers a raw emotional whirlwind, blending chaos and clarity into cathartic live shows that hit hard and leave you wanting more.
Known for their heart-forward, heavy-hitting style, RH has built a loyal following in LA’s underground through relentless gigging, community events, and DIY grit. In 2022, the band took a step back—not into silence, but into transformation. That time was spent reconnecting, experimenting, and evolving.
Now they return with their new singles, “Eyelash,” and "The Panic" ushering in a bold new chapter—more intentional, just as intense, and rooted in the deep friendship that fuels them.
