Hailing from Barranquilla, Colombia, two-time Grammy-nominated artist-writer-producer Golden shares his sultry, new single “Otra Nota” featuring Colombian star Venesti and its companion video today via Platoon.

“Otra Nota” is about a wild connection—one of those nights full of desire, adrenaline, and intensity that breaks all the rules. The visual, directed by Bacci, sees Venesti and Golden walking through the streets of Medellín’s Comuna 13 while the world around them pulses. “Otra Nota” also marks a big step for Afrobeats en Español as both artists have been championing the genre for years. From Golden’s Grammy-nominated productions on artists like Beéle, Shenseea, and Zaider, to Venesti’s three-time No. 1 Billboard Latin Pop Chart hits (“Fuera de Lugar”, “Es Normal,” and “No Es Normal”), and now their first official collaboration. “Otra Nota” will be included on Golden’s forthcoming album, Saoko Vol. 1, available everywhere on June 26th.

Golden creates soundscapes that are a vibrant ode to his Afro-Latino roots. He is dedicated to celebrating African and Caribbean sounds, blending Afrobeats, Dancehall, and Latin rhythms. He has been Grammy-nominated for his work on Coco Jones’ What I Didn't Tell You (Deluxe) and Shenseea’s album Never Gets Late Here. The multi-hyphenate artist is now stepping into the spotlight to share his music, unveiling his unique sound and vision. He’s also been praised by J Balvin, Remezcla, Hola En Español, and Audiomack Latin.
