ssolana’s latest song, “Clocks”, explores the restless urgency of youth and the aching sense of time slipping away. She reflects on the weight of societal pressures, particularly the rush to lose your virginity before you're truly ready, a fragile dance between vulnerability and the search for identity and belonging. It explores the disconnect of confronting versions of yourself you barely recognise, piecing together the reasons behind choices that once seemed inevitable.
This release follows her recent single Whatever which was accompanied by an incredible stop-motion animation music video, entirely created and edited by ssolana herself.
