November 14, 2025 – Fast-rising future pop artist Maria Domark has released her vulnerable new single “is this what you wanted?” Ushering in a new era, the ethereal, introspective pop ballad was self-produced in collaboration with Canadian DJ and producer Crimson Child and finds Domark processing her emotions of heartache and hope, and reclaiming her power and identity, in the wake of a breakup. “This song is about processing emotions after a breakup, reflecting on toxic dynamics and the subsequent journey of healing and moving on,” shares Domark on the new single.

Blending her history as a guitar-playing teenager with her electronic-leaning present and tying together the disparate influences of her previous releases into a honed-in expression, “is this what you wanted?” kicks off Domark’s journey of stepping into her own as an artist, producer, and songwriter. Shimmering with unapologetic authenticity in a testament to Domark’s resilience and artistic evolution, “is this what you wanted?” sheds the confident alter-ego she constructed in her earlier music for the first time to let her own strength and vulnerability show in equal measure.

Gearing up to release more music that mines new territory and explores every facet of her artistry and ever-evolving sound, the new track follows the release of 2024’s pop-punk single “MEAN” and her fiercely independent debut Flawless which included standout track “Mieway” and was mixed and mastered by chart-topping engineer Scott Banks.
