Ellise Returns With A Twisted Love Anthem “Littlepill”

ELLISE’S DROPS INFATUATING NEW SINGLE “LITTLEPILL”
The Track is a Sonic Descent Into an Authentic Yet Volatile Connection That Is Too Intense to Last - Listen HERE
Los Angeles, CA (February 27, 2026) - Dark-pop royalty Ellise announces the release of her new single, “Littlepill,” marking the first ‘love song’ of her career that sets the listener up for a gut-wrenching twist - listen HERE. The track, co-written by Ellise, JT Foley, and Arthur Besnainou and produced by Arthur Besna, blends high-energy synths and pitched vocals to juxtapose obsessive lyrics, creating a sonic iteration of how it feels to lose yourself in love.
“Littlepill’ reinforces an entirely new lane for me, both lyrically and sonically.” Ellise shares, “I'm not typically one to write love songs; in fact, I usually only enjoy writing about the trials I experience in life, but ‘Littlepill’ fell so effortlessly out of me during the early stages of an embarrassingly deep crush. I wanted the sound of this song to match the butterflies and nerves I was feeling inside: fast-paced, euphoric, and dreamlike. ‘Littlepill’ is the heartbeat of this EP and helped me realize that it's okay to write songs about the simpler, happier emotions in love and life.”
The track serves as a visceral exploration of the uneasy space where genuine love borders on dangerous fixation. While “Littlepill” stands as the first true love song of Ellise’s career, it is far from a standard ballad, exposing how a real and profound love can become a destructive force when it accelerates into an all-consuming obsession. This internal chaos is reflected in the track’s raw lyricism, with Ellise opening the song by describing a “fever fiction” where her “eyes glaze over” amidst “sex tapes on your sofa.”
The accompanying music video is set to release… soon
