n0trixx has released her brand new single ‘harmless feat. Sarunas Brazionis’, the latest song to be taken from the debut album A Catalogue of Madness and Melancholia out March 13th.
‘harmless’ is a beautiful, majestic track, reflecting Borderline Personality Disorder, as n0trixx delivers soaring vocals among weightless synths. However, as she sings “crawling as I tear myself in two”, there’s a change and things get darker with a heavy mental collapse into a viscous metal chorus featuring riffs from Biomechanimal and Sacrificial Slabs guitarist Sarunas Brazionis.
The accompanying video, directed and edited by n0trixx and filmed by filmed by Emilijan Novakovic, finds n0trixx performing through her inner turmoil in an abandoned mental asylum. Watch it here.
Regarding the single n0trixx says, “This track captures the inner chaos of Borderline Personality Disorder and is raw, intimate, and driven by lived experience. It oscillates between intense love and devastating abandonment, sacrifice and fear, vulnerability and rage. ‘harmless’ is what it sounds like to love too hard in a world that feels like it’s always pushing you away.”
The forthcoming debut album A Catalogue of Madness and Melancholia from the Russian-born, Lancashire-based bedlamcore artist is self-written and produced. It captures, addresses, and reflects on several different mental health issues that have had a profound impact on n0trixx.
She announced the album in December along with the release of lead single ‘Revenge On God’, a song which reflects the devasting effects of dementia for those in suffering and on the loved ones around them. It is presented by a huge barrage of heavy riffs delivered by The Wrong Kid Died guitarist Yentl Cambre, alongside a fierce rap flow, screams, and dark trap beats from n0trixx.
Elsewhere on the album ‘hysteria [БЕГN]’ tackles Depression with a propulsive beat as Suicidal Ideation grows with her twisted rap flows in her native tongue. ‘Hé Toi’ is a haunting multilingual trap performance piece written in collaboration with journalist John Paquin reflecting Dissociative Identity Disorder. ‘St. Chaos’ is an explosive, genre-defying soundscape which mirrors the overstimulated, restless mind of someone living with ADHD while ‘Spectrum’ captures what Autism would sound like in audio form.
‘Catalepsia’ is rooted in a 1960s interview with a catatonic Schizophrenic and embodies the collapse of reality and identity, featuring Warren Willis (ex-Linkin Park) on keys. Meanwhile ‘Living Nightmares’, featuring rap duo FMA + 12 Gage, reflects Psychosis with fractured trap beats, as FMA + 12 Gage rap in unison, while n0trixx sings beautifully softly in Russian.
‘narc (i’m so happy that you’re dead)’ is a blisteringly honest account of surviving Narcissistic Abuse from a parent, while ‘You Are Loved’ finishes the album with a tender mantra of self-acceptance and closure.
n0trixx permanently resides in Britain on the Global Talent Visa program for her music after fleeing Russia following her arrest for protesting the war in Ukraine. Living with Dissociative Identity Disorder and Borderline Personality Disorder, she reflects her life’s battle with darkness and suffering throughout all of her art.
Her live shows are an equally honest, intense, and captivating experience. She has announced a twelve date UK tour for March 2026. Full dates are listed below and tickets are available now via n0trixx.com/#live
