Friday night kicked off with a delayed entry as it was soon announced via Joe’s Instagram that we would be dancing until 2 AM (We soon found out why once he got behind the booth). Once inside the Magic Stick, the party started with Donavan Glover playing a mix of 90s and Current R&B, Soul, and Rap Mix. With the smells of the fresh slice of pizza from downstairs and spilled cocktails, the crowd was ready for more.
Joe Kay slides in right after Donovan with ease and attention all on him as he not only prepares everyone for a night of experimentation, sounds reaching across all genres, but also a good time.
