TOKYO – April 28, 2025 – J-pop sensation Travis Japan is back with an electrifying new single, Would You Like One?, out now via Capitol Records / Universal Music Japan. The track, a vibrant and undeniably catchy anthem, serves as the official theme song for Tabekko Doubutsu: THE MOVIE (internationally known as Dream Animals: THE MOVIE), a whimsical animated adventure inspired by the beloved animal-shaped kids' crackers. Adding to the excitement, member Genta lends his voice to the character Lion in this snackable cinematic romp premiering May 1.

A high-energy fusion of infectious melodies and polished choreography, “Would You Like One?” is a certified pop bop that captures the group’s signature charm and dynamic artistry. Packed with fun, rhythm, and undeniable hooks, the track is destined to be a fan favorite.

The lyrics of the song cleverly incorporate Japanese mealtime greetings like Itadakimasu (a phrase expressing gratitude before eating) and Meshiagare (“bon appétit”), tying in seamlessly with the song’s food-centric theme. Inspired by these lines, the music video unfolds a playful story of Travis Japan reviving a ramen shop, with their journey kicking off with the simple invitation, “Would you like one (noodle)?”

In the video, the members take on lively roles ranging from chef to host in a brightly colored ramen shop setting. Things take a turn when a rowdy group of guests barges in, leading to an unexpected, high-energy dance-off. With its blend of humor, cinematic flair, and show-stopping choreography, the video highlights the group's personality and performance power. Eagle-eyed fans can also spot hidden Tabekko Doubutsu crackers in some of the scenes—adding a fun Easter egg element to the visual.

In the midst of their massive arena tour across Japan, Travis Japan has officially unveiled the routing for their highly anticipated world tour, set to kick off on July 25 in the US with World of Dance competitors enlisted to open the shows. The tour will bring their exhilarating performances to audiences across the globe, with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Taipei, Hong Kong, and Bangkok, promising an unforgettable experience filled with razor-sharp choreography, genre-blurring pop, and their signature infectious energy.

ABOUT TRAVIS JAPAN

Travis Japan is a dynamic seven-member dance and pop sensation from Tokyo, blending modern, jazz, and hip-hop into electrifying performances. Formed in 2012 with guidance from legendary choreographer Travis Payne (known for work with Michael Jackson and Lady Gaga), the group has soared to acclaim in Japan and beyond. They’ve headlined their annual Japanesque spectacle TORA JA -NINJAPAN- and sold out three consecutive shows at Yokohama Arena (17,000 capacity) in 2020, followed by a 12-city national tour in 2021.

Their precision-driven dance routines and infectious pop sound caught global attention after appearing on World of Dance and America’s Got Talent, leading to a 2022 signing with Capitol Records/UMG. Their debut single, “JUST DANCE!”, made history as the first by a Japanese act to crack the Top 5 on Billboard’s Global Excl. U.S. chart, surpassing 10 million views.

In 2023, their debut album Road To A (symbolizing their quest for authenticity) showcased their artistic identity. By 2024, singles “T.G.I. Friday Night” and “Sweetest Tune” dominated Billboard Japan’s charts, both hitting No.1 on the Download Songs chart and No.2 on the HOT 100. That year, they embarked on their 'Road to Authenticity' nationwide arena tour and launched a sold-out six-city world tour, cementing their international appeal.

In December 2024, they dropped their sophomore album VIIsual, featuring their 2024 chart-toppers alongside the bold new single “B.O.$.$.Y”. The release capped a landmark year, proving Travis Japan’s unstoppable momentum as they redefine global pop with high-octane performances and genre-blurring creativity.
