Rising artist Dali Rose graces us with his debut EP Heaven, a powerful and poetic meditation on love, abandonment, and the quiet resilience of hope. Heaven began as a dystopian short story in an NYU writing class, set in a world where marginalized communities are confined behind walls. That imagined reality soon became a mirror—and then a soundtrack. Each song unfolds like a chapter, weaving fiction with personal truth. The focus track, “Something To Someone,” zooms in on the quiet, everyday longing for connection, dignity, and meaning. It speaks to anyone who has ever felt overlooked or forgotten, capturing the universal human desire to be seen, loved, and valued.

Dali on the release: “Heaven is a pretty little monster. It’s my problem child that just wouldn’t behave, just couldn’t be quiet, just would never be satisfied. It’s full of all the bad spirits within. All that anger, all that hopeful desperation needed to leave my body. Out came Heaven.”
Dali is bringing his captivating sound to stages across NYC in April – with his EP release show on Saturday, April 26 at Club Berlin.
ABOUT DALI ROSE:
Born Drake Hunt, 22-year-old Atlanta native Dali Rose is carving out his own lane in music with a bold fusion of classic soul, eclectic influences, and modern soundscapes. Inspired by legends like The Ohio Players, Sly Stone, and Nina Simone—alongside contemporary innovators like Earl Sweatshirt, King Krule, and Mac Miller—Dali crafts a sound that is both timeless and refreshingly original. Raised in a deeply musical environment and rooted in his early experiences singing in the church choir, Dali's passion for music solidified in his late teens. During the pandemic, he made a pivotal decision to switch his major from Political Science to Music at NYU—a leap of faith that has since shaped his artistic journey. Now a graduate, Dali is fully immersed in his craft, delivering raw, authentic songwriting that resonates with emotion and honesty. Keep an eye out for what’s next!
