Farrand Hall Announces Michelin & James Beard Chefs Lineup for 2025

Farrand Hall, the Midwest's dining destination where top chefs come to cook, is excited to announce its 2025 Guest Chef Series filled with Michelin starred and James Beard Award winning chefs. Here is the full lineup!
From Chefs Kristina Leidags Compton of Hilda and Jesses (San Francisco) and Jenner Tomaska of Esme (Chicago) to Bravo's Top Chef finalist Sarah Welch of Marrow (Detroit) and Noah Ponjuan of Musket Room (NYC), we have a stellar list for next year traveling to Colon, Michigan to cook one long communal table dinner!
Tickets officially going on sale December 1. See below for more information about Farrand Hall - I would love to connect regarding how this small town historic property is turning into a culinary destination for chefs around the country.
We had the pleasure of checking out the Farrand Hall, when HGTV stars of Ethan and Elizabeth Finkelstein visited the property during their book tour. You can see that over here in this fun link.
Farrand Hall, a 12-acre historic property built in 1854 and located in Colon, Michigan, a small town in southern MI.
You might be familiar with it, as owners James Gray & Jacob Hagan hail from Chicago and have been restoring the property’s character and charm, plus expanding its footprint with a garden, farm and two barns for entertaining since 2017. They've created an amazing weekly event during the spring, summer & fall months called "Guest Chef Series," hosting some of the Midwest's top chefs for 50-80 guest communal dinners under the stars. The 2025 chef lineup is already finished and becoming a must-stop for highly-acclaimed chefs from Detroit to Chicago with a few other top cities sprinkled in the mix.
