Stillwater, Oklahoma native and rising sensation Wyatt Flores continues his string of strong releases with his latest single “West of Tulsa”, available on all digital platforms now alongside an official music video. Flores’ charismatic storytelling, absolutely electric delivery lead the highlight anticipated track. Written by Wyatt Flores, Billy Montana, and Chris Gelbuda
“West of Tulsa” is about becoming the person of your dreams while also dealing with the shortcomings that you sometimes experience when those dreams are coming true. We all say we want to be somebody but it’s hard to realize that you actually already are somebody. I want fans to understand that I am them, that my feelings are still the same as anyone elses. From a blue-collar worker to working as a musician on the stage, my problems are still the same and I still fight through the struggle of wanting to be somebody every day.” – Wyatt Flores
Accumulating an impressive 133 million streams throughout the last two years, Flores has unequivocally established himself as “one of country music’s newest and brightest stars in the making” (Holler). The singer-songwriter has tapped into his Country-Americana roots to authentically tell his story through song. From his acoustic debut single “Travelin’ Kid” in February of 2021 to his most recent major label debut “Holes” this past July, he has become a streaming giant.
Honing in on his massive organically grown fanbase, Flores is taking his electric live show on the road. His ‘These Times Are Getting Hard’ Tour will hit major cities in Texas, California, Alabama, and New York. To purchase tickets head to wyattfloresmusic.com/.

ABOUT WYATT FLORES:
Wyatt Flores was raised on the outskirts of a small Oklahoma college town with a rich music history spanning from the likes of Garth Brooks, All American Rejects, Cross Canadian Ragweed, Colour Music and The Great Divide. Embracing this musical energy, and further inspired by stories from his father’s stint as a seasoned drummer in the Red Dirt music scene, Wyatt wrote and released his debut acoustic single “Travelin’ Kid” in the Spring of 2021. In the summer of 2022, Wyatt left Stillwater, OK and moved to Nashville, TN to pursue his career full-time. He released fan-favorite “Losing Sleep” in February of 2022, as well as a series of stand-alone singles in the second half of the year, each showcasing new facets of the stories and sounds Flores creates. Most recently, Wyatt shared “Holes,” his first release under Island Records zooming in on the reality of generational poverty that his family has been through. Amassing over 130 million career streams as well as a headlining tour that has multi sold out dates so far, he is only showing signs of accelerating his momentum. Having dedicated the past few months to transforming new lived experiences into songs, Wyatt is in the process of recording his first full album, planned for a Fall 2023 release.
