Speaking about the EP in more detail, CLOVES said “I started working on this E.P late last year, I’d just spent the longest period of time in Australia since i was 18 and was feeling in a really transitional place, not who I was anymore but also not who I wanted to be, stuck in two places and feeling like neither were a fit, That lost feeling is the Inspiration for the whole ep, it’s very existential. I found myself thinking about death a lot and how that feels more real than ever, you really start to think I’ve only got one shot at this (life), how do i shape my life and live it in the most truthful way that I’m okay with”
