On Friday, September 12th Vancouver-based post-hardcore band By A Thread will release their third album, Mirrored Life, on Spartan Records. Self-produced by the band, recorded by Stuart McKillop at Raincity Recorders, and mixed by John Franco, the album breathes new life into By A Thread while staying true to the raw emotional core of their sound. Lyrically, the album dives deep into themes of loss, identity, and introspection. The songs course through the current state of the world, how we treat others, self reflection and loss.
Today, By A Thread share existential single “Radiation,” examining the fight to stay alive. Fans of bands like Jimmy Eat World and The Casket Lottery will click with the powerful choruses and guitar-driven nature of “Radiation.”
