“A new girl group is in town, and they proved they can slay.”
– Bustle on KATSEYE’s Lollapalooza Debut
(August 8, 2025 – Santa Monica, CA) — Following the top five debut of its new EP, BEAUTIFUL CHAOS, on the Billboard 200, and the instant sell-out of its first-ever tour, global girl group KATSEYE returns with a new take on one of the EP’s standout tracks, “Gabriela.” On the remix, rising artist Young Miko – hailed by Rolling Stone as “the Puerto Rican star everyone wants to work with” – has some choice words for Gabriela in her scintillating bilingual Spanish/English verse. Listen to “Gabriela” (KATSEYE with Young Miko Remix) HERE. View the visualizer HERE.
Upon its release in June, “Gabriela” was voted No. 1 in Billboard’s favorite new music release of the week poll. Hailing the track as “a bold evolution in [KATSEYE’s] artistic direction.” HYPEBEAST said, “[The] track leans into a sultrier, more vocal-driven style — playing like a Gen Z take on ‘Jolene.’ Blending haunting synth-pop tunes with Latin-acoustics, the song creates a cinematic, genre-blurring atmosphere…showcasing a new side of KATSEYE’s artistry.” View the official video, which stars Jessica Alba, HERE.
When tickets for KATSEYE: The Beautiful Chaos Tour sold out immediately, the group added second shows in New York City, San Francisco and Los Angeles, which also sold out. Kicking off on November 15, the headline run will take the group all over North America – from Toronto to Mexico City. See below for itinerary. All information can be found on www.katseye.world
NYLON praised KATSEYE’s “red-hot Lollapalooza debut.” Rolling Stone said, “The L.A.-based girl group ruled the stage on Sunday.” Cosmopolitan ranked their set among the festival’s top 5 and noted, “[KATSEYE’s] charisma carried through their stage presence effortlessly…Witnessing a sea of people sing songs like ‘Debut’ and bust out moves during ‘Gnarly’ was a cinematic experience.” The Korea Times observed, “KATSEYE brought theatrical flair and cross-cultural buzz.”
BEAUTIFUL CHAOS (HYBE x Geffen Records) also includes “Gnarly,” which has already amassed 100 million combined global streams, “Gameboy,” “Mean Girls” and “M.I.A.” It is the follow-up to the group’s 2024 debut EP, SIS (Soft Is Strong), which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Emerging Artists and Heatseekers Albums charts.
KATSEYE – comprising Daniela (Cuban/Venezuelan-American, from Atlanta, GA), Lara (Indian, from New York, NY), Manon (Ghanaian-Italian, from Zurich, Switzerland), Megan (Chinese-American, from Honolulu, HI), Sophia (Manila, Philippines), and Yoonchae (Seoul, South Korea) – recently teamed up with Mattel’s Monster High for a new version of “Fright Song.” Rolling Stone said, “The girls bring their cultural folklore to life in a reimagining of Monster High’s iconic anthem, complete with fierce choreography.” In this feature, People said, “The Los Angeles-based girl group…are sprinkling their gnarly pop star energy into the Monster High universe with an epic collaboration through the toy giant.” View KATSEYE’s “Monster High” video HERE.
Named an artist to watch for 2025 by VEVO DSCVR and TIDAL, KATSEYE was featured on the cover of the May-June issue of Teen Vogue. The group is the first of its kind, forged within the high standards of the K-pop system, as seen in HYBE and Geffen Records’ groundbreaking Dream Academy show and artist development program (and later, the Netflix docuseries, Pop Star Academy: KATSEYE).

This marked the first time a U.S. record label and a K-pop entertainment company were uniting to combine their expertise in artist discovery and development, and music production to assemble, develop, and introduce a group from ground zero.
