Zootown Music Festival is excited to announce single-day tickets and the by-day lineup for the inaugural edition of the festival, set to take place Friday, July 4th through Saturday, July 5th at the Missoula Fairgrounds. Single day tickets go on sale Friday, February 21st at 10:00 AM MST, and a limited number of discounted locals only single day and 2-day tickets will be available for purchase in person at Rockin Rudy’s starting Wednesday, February 19th at 10:00 AM MST.
Nestled in the shadows of five majestic mountain ranges, and among the confluence of the Clark Fork, Blackfoot, and Bitterroot rivers, Missoula, Montana’s first-ever major music festival will feature a lineup of 20+ performing artists including: Hozier, Kacey Musgraves, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Mt. Joy, Lake Street Dive, Modest Mouse, Julien Baker & Torres and many more! Come with friends or bring the family! Zootown Festival is proud to be collaborating with the University of Montana’s Entertainment Management Program (UMEM) and the university at large to create meaningful opportunities for students and recent graduates. This partnership will provide internships, part-time and full-time employment, scholarships, and hands-on industry experience. As part of this initiative, UMEM students will also help produce a special Zootown Festival kickoff event on campus this spring (stay tuned for details), and long-term goals for the partnership include masterclasses, summer courses, and other immersive learning experiences designed to position the University of Montana and Missoula as a premier destination for students pursuing careers in entertainment, sports, and live events.
Zootown Festival will showcase the best of what Missoula and the state of Montana has to offer. Attendees will not only be treated to unforgettable performances, but also offerings from local restaurants, breweries and other vendors. All with Montana’s unmatched natural beauty serving as an epic backdrop. Visitors would be remiss not to take advantage of the many opportunities for outdoor activities and historical sightseeing within a stones throw of the festival grounds. Through a partnership with GuideTime, Zootown is offering for purchase half-day and full-day excursions on the days before and after the festival, including, biking, fishing, whitewater rafting, river tubing, trail rides, guided hiking and scenic walking tours and more.
