THOMAS WILL SUPPORT BLXST ON FALL TOUR, KICKING OFF OCTOBER 1
Today, Leon Thomas shared “Mutt,” the first single from his forthcoming album. The smoky, slow burning track finds him at a turning point, willing to open his heart to love, despite the risks. Thomas wrote the song with D. Phelps and Freaky Rob – who also produced – and Lazaro Camejo. Listen to “Mutt,” released today by EZMNY Records / Motown Records, HERE.
In the official video for “Mutt,” Thomas is on the run. Director Phil Meyer (A Boogie wit da Hoodie, B-Lovee) uses slow-motion cinematography to symbolize Thomas’ shift to a slower, more deliberate way of experiencing life and relationships. View HERE.
Thomas will join BLXST as special guest on his fall North American tour. The run kicks off on October 1 at House of Blues in Houston and includes an October 17 show at Pier 17 Rooftop in New York City. See below for itinerary. Tickets are available HERE. The two artists previously teamed up on a remix of “Crash & Burn,” a track from Electric Dusk, Thomas’ critically acclaimed 2023 debut album.

Leon Thomas is the first artist Ty Dolla $ign and Shawn Barron signed to EZMNY. A multi-hyphenate talent to watch, he won a GRAMMY for “Snooze,” the 2023 track he co-produced with Babyface for SZA. Thomas has also written and produced for chart-breaking artists like Post Malone, Kehlani, Ariana Grande and Drake while acting in movies and shows like Nickelodeon’s Victorious and HBO’s Insecure.
