Singer/songwriter Marco Giovanni has released the music video for his debut single, “Straight Face,” out now. Marco’s refined vocals shine on “Straight Face” as he praises the hero in his life and reaffirms his devotion noting that affection, security, and stability are essential for their relationship to thrive, and he won't be coming up short. Silhouetted by strobing lights, the visual captures the vibe of the song with its bouncing tempo and warbling synths, paralleling the idea that regardless of any obstacles that come their way, their flame may flicker but will never go out.

“Making the 'Straight Face' video was an incredible experience. We shot it down in Nashville with director Patrick Tohill, and it was a really fun time,” shares Marco. “We tried all these different lighting setups and basically just bumped with the record. It resulted in an amazing end product, and I’m so excited to be sharing this with you all.”
Co-written and produced by GRAMMY-nominated songwriter and producer Poo Bear — the mastermind behind some of pop’s biggest hits, including Justin Bieber, Usher, Mariah Carey, and Jennifer Lopez — “Straight Face” introduces the pop and R&B-influenced sound Marco has been waiting to share with the world.
Exploring his musical interests and abilities at a young age, from learning piano and guitar to singing in talent shows and joining an acapella group, the Connecticut-born singer/songwriter began recording music of his own inspired by his most significant influences by the time he was in high school. Thanks to social media, Marco soon caught the attention of Poo Bear, and they began working in the studio together.
Honing in on his craft and exploring the life of a professional musician, Marco is ready now more than ever to share the music he’s longed to present to the world. “This is the first big step for me,” he shares about the start of his career. “I’m going to give you every part of who I am, and I’m going to shoot for the stars.”
