London's Tragic Sasha returns with new single 'Fishbowl' which is a floaty, heavenly track about feeling caged in the captial. Speaking about Fishbowl, Sasha said “This song is about how your emotional wellbeing is so affected by your environment and wanting more for yourself. I wrote it when I lived in a 12-person warehouse in East London, I felt like I was trapped in the city and wanting a different kind of life.” Like this song, it’s Sasha’s attention to honest storytelling that has helped her built a stellar reputation for left-of-centre pop, finding key tastemaker fans along the way such as The Line Of Best Fit, Notion, Wonderland, and more.

Tragic Sasha is the aptly named alias of London’s Sasha Gurney , a formidable tour-de-force artist, songwriter and producer. Since 2015, Sasha has developed her own brand of tongue-in-cheek alt pop, produced and written by her alongside other collaborators, garnering strong support from online press, radio and streaming whilst bagging just a few views of her ironically iconic content on social media. Returning after the pandemic with her EP ‘The End of the World,’ Sasha is gearing up for the release of her new music, preceded by a London Headline Show in December 2023.
