Nate Traveller - Bitter Sweet

Nate Traveller shares his new single “Bittersweet”, from his forthcoming Boom.Records debut EP born erased, due May 10th. The beautifully poignant track features a voice note from his beloved Abuela and showcases the rising talent as he hones in on his roots, self-care, and love

On born erased Traveller is at his most confident as he foregoes genre and expertly threads the needle between pop, R&B, and hip-hop. It finds him ruminating on heartfelt songs that touch on an array of themes that include perseverance, family, unconditional love for oneself and others, self care, and vulnerability.

The Bonita Springs, FL native continues to embark on his musical journey while honing in on his craft and laying a solid foundation for his effortless yet well-crafted storytelling, paired with a harmonious melding of sounds, firmly carving out his own lane while creating a safe space infused with love and hope. His music continues to push boundaries sonically while remaining authentic and close to the heart. An artist who’s the embodiment of organic development, he started writing songs when he was 17, which has garnered over 16M streams to date, and is now approaching his ninth year of making and releasing music.

Raquel Lily -Ghost

Entitled "Ghost" the song "is about the duality of love and the mourning of never seeing someone again. The uptempo groove suggests the hasty and fiery romance that the song was based on. "Ghost" begs the question, "Is love even real? How does one go from being entwined with someone, then reduced to a fading memory?" The intensity of missing someone once close to you, the bitter taste of a past romance and utter loneliness of abandonment seep through the lyrics and melody."

"Going back to our roots in Manila, where we were born, has been an exhilarating bridging of the east coast and the very east coast. We were lucky enough to collaborate with some of the Philippines' finest actors (Annicka Dolonius & Alex Medina) and found kindred spirits with filmmakers Dominic Bekaert and Clèmentine Comoy at Zoopraxi Studio. Ghost spans the globe, and we hope our audience can see our motherland in all of its colors, from the city-pop of the capital to the lush shores of the provinces."- Director Dean C. Marcial

About Raquel Lily

Born in the Philippines, raised in New York and currently residing in Atlanta, Georgia, Raquel Lily is an independent singer, songwriter, producer, guitarist and online personality. She streams music performance and a variety of content, including live vlogging (IRL Streaming), Just Chatting, Social Eating, gaming and cooking on Twitch. Graduating from UC Davis with a degree in Neurobiology, Physiology and Behavior, Raquel left the medical field and dove head first into her creative pursuit in music and began online streaming in 2017.

Her debut full-length album, Fixations, features songs narrating a coming of age story about someone going through their 20s. Raquel confides, “Everyone's been broken from something. You smoke some weed, you fall in love, they turn out to be a fuckboy, you're with someone shitty, you break up, you ghost them, you still love them, you resign, you meet someone new and there’s hope again.”

Raquel confesses how her songwriting is a cathartic, emotional purge. With the simple objective to guide listeners through an impassioned ride, her songs are driven by genuine experiences from an introspective and honest place. Inspired by the likes of Whitney Houston and old-school R&B, Raquel wanted to capture a similar essence of synth-heavy, soul-soaked music. Her love for old soul groups and classics, including Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder, also shines brightly throughout her music.
