September 4, 2024 (Los Angeles, CA) – Multi-faceted multiple GRAMMY-Award nominated singer/songwriter, producer, actress, and entrepreneur Tayla Parx unveils the official music video for her reflective tender ballad “Gentlewoman” – watch HERE. “Gentlewoman” is featured on Parx’s latest album Many Moons, Many Suns, which was released earlier this summer via her very own TaylaMade Records – listen HERE.

Directed by Bobby Friedman, the “Gentlewoman” video finds a contemplative Tayla at odds with a character named Miss Chiff, a physical depiction of the mischievous ‘devil on her shoulder.’ Though Miss Chiff lingers in the background, Parx boldly makes the decision to leave all the doubts behind as she boldly confesses, “Make a fool out of my ego / I’m going wherever we go / I just want you plain and simple / Love you softly, love you gentle.”

Up next, Parx will kick off her Many Moons, Many Suns Tour in London on September 15 at The Lower Third, before making her way back overseas to North America with stops in Chicago, Los Angeles, and New York before concluding on October 20 in Toronto at Drake Underground – get your tickets HERE. All tour dates below.

Crafted over a tumultuous two years, Many Moons, Many Suns captures the emotional whirlwind of Parx’s celestial journey of self-discovery and received critical press acclaim upon release from Billboard, Rolling Stone, V Magazine, PAPER, People, Out, Teen Vogue, and Apple Music’s Zane Lowe which can be heard HERE. Teen Vogue touted the standout track “Era” (feat. Tkay Maidza) for being “an instant earworm perfect for warmer weather” while People praised the 13-track album as “a vulnerable, genre-bending project.”

As Rolling Stone declared, “Tayla Parx is in her era of thriving” – so come along for the ride!
