New York, NY August 1 - Acclaimed Korean R&B artist Colde has arrived to the global stage and US shores with the release of his English-language debut, a three-track EP titled "YIN." This project marks a bold transformation in Colde's artistic journey, showcasing his evolution from a beloved boyish figure to a mature, provocative artist. Accompanying the release, Colde will embark on a North American tour with stops in major cities including Los Angeles, New York City, and Toronto.

"YIN" blends R&B and pop, featuring addictive hooks and engaging melodies that promise to leave a lasting impression. "The upcoming single album [YIN] serves as a pre-release to my first full-length album and includes three tracks: 'Toxic Love,' 'I Color You,' and 'Nirvana Blues.' [YIN] reveals my musical color, influenced by artists like Pharrell Williams, Michael Jackson, Justin Timberlake, and Nirvana," Colde shared.

The EP opens with "Toxic Love," a seductive track driven by a repetitive bass and synthesizer line. "I’ll Color You" follows as a vibrant pop dance track, using colors to express love uniquely. The EP concludes with "Nirvana Blues," combining R&B and hip-hop rhythms with an irresistible beat, paying homage to Kurt Cobain.

Colde added, "Each track has a music video demonstrating the intended imagery. 'Toxic Love' features edgy visuals filmed in a studio, while 'I Color You' and 'Nirvana Blues' were filmed in the UK for authentic pop and grunge aesthetics."

With "YIN," Colde aims to offer listeners a fresh experience and redefine his artistic identity. "Having primarily worked in Korean, I produced all tracks in English to meet fans in the global pop market. Alongside this release, I am starting a world tour in August to meet more fans around the world," Colde said.

Join Colde as he steps into this exciting new phase of his career, delivering songs that promise to enthrall and redefine his artistic persona. Experience the bold new sound of "YIN" and witness Colde's magnetic live performances in a city near you.

About Colde:

Seoul-based musician Colde started off his career as a musician as a duo OFFONOFF, under one of the dominant K-pop production houses YG Entertainment's sub-label HIGHGRND. With their unique style of music, OFFONOFF has made a formal introduction of the Chill-out genre to the entire K-pop community, showing an entirely new perspective about how K-pop can be perceived and positioned within this IDOL-led industry. Differentiated from OFFONOFF's easy-listening music, Colde as a solo performer is committed to show his brand-new identity of versatility through showing diverse genres of music from typical Korean R&B to entirely rap and hip-hop oriented music.
