Tsatsamis releases his electrifying new EP 'Our Shame'
Today, London-based, electro-pop star in the making Tsatsamis shares his latest EP ‘Our Shame’, which comes complete with four brand new singles that collectively showcases his distinct, divine musicality. Tsatsamis offers a piece of himself to the listener with this new body of work, as the tracks are a product of entirely his own work, in regard to writing, production and recording. As a multi-faceted creative, Tsatsamis strives to make music based on his own personal experiences which are created as a result of his broad sense of artistry. Speaking on the inspiration behind the EP, Tsatsamis shares; “7 tracks made over the past year and a half; about lust, embracing sexuality, fallacy and the ever-present shadow of shame.”
So far in the EP campaign, Tsatsamis has shared singles ‘Faith’, ‘Let Go’ and ‘Everyone Wants A Piece Of You’ which was #10 on iD’s best songs of 2023. ‘Let Go’, was met with a promising response from his expanding audience and made its way onto Spotify’s official playlist, Glow and Obsessed Spotify editorials. Most recently, Tsatsamis released ‘Faith’ in March, which was featured on Spotify’s Dance Pop Playlist, and Ones To Watch #NowWatching editorial playlist.
With the great success of these former releases under his belt, there has been a buzz of anticipation surrounding the release of the full body of work, and it does not disappoint.
Alongside the pre-released singles, ‘Our Shame’ features four stunning new songs titled ‘Dive In’, ‘Background Noise’, ‘Yves Klein Blue’ and ‘Misunderstanding’. Together they build a cohesive sound that highlights Tsatsamis’ unique approach to electro-pop music and strengthens his brand as one to watch in this growing space
Coming up, Tsatsamis will be performing his first London headline show at The Waiting Room, on the 11th April, which sold out in under 24 hrs. Due to high demand he subsequently added a second date, on April 9th, which also sold out.
In Tsatsamis’ career to date as an independent artist, he has found consistent support from the likes of BBC Radio 1 Introducing and Spotify Editors, with highlights in the form of BBC Radio 1 Introducing Track of the Week, and features on Spotify’s Best of Fresh Finds playlist and on the cover of 'Out Now'. In addition, Tsatsamis recently supported the amazing Tom Rasmussen on their UK tour, and twst in London last December! He also has a remix for twst, which is dropping on March 22nd, and is also heavily involved in TAAHLIAH’s upcoming album.
