Folk Band, Eletto, release their new single 'Fool'
Today, South Yorkshire folk-indie duo Eletto, comprised of best friends Mila Whitaker and Zoe Aradipioti share their new single ‘Fool’, which comes complete with the duo’s soaring vocals that work beautifully in harmony with one another. The single is available now on your streaming service of choice via APOLLO Distribution.

Speaking on the new release, Eletto shares; “Fool" is a country inspired track taking reference from Patsy Celine and Emmylou Harris, with a lot of heartache and a little bit of humour. It’s a classic tale about going against every good piece of relationship advice you’ve ever been given and falling in love with the bad boy."
Radiating acoustic warmth and a bright 70s folk sound, the duo captivate the listener on this new track with their country soul at the heart of it all.
‘Fool’ is the follow up to the duo’s debut single ‘Northern Sun’, which was released on the 8th September and began their campaign in releasing contemporary folk music inspired by country greats that preceded them. With today’s release Eletto are gearing up for the release of their debut EP, coming later this year. With plenty more to come from this emerging, unique act.

Eletto are an Indie Folk duo from South Yorkshire. With a shared love of folk and country genres, the duo formed in 2020 around best friends Mila Whitaker (vocals/guitar) and Zoe Aradipioti (vocals/piano) who first learnt to harmonise together in their local youth choir.
Eletto blend rich vocal harmonies and melancholy lyrics into their nostalgia fuelled songs. An individual sound that calls to mind the likes of First Aid Kit and The Staves. When performing live, the pair often keep it stripped back with an acoustic guitar and piano, allowing space for their compelling vocals. They released their debut single ‘Northern Sun’ on the 8th September 2023 and are currently in the process of releasing their debut EP.
